Talktalk Speed Tests

Over winter I have been getting 3Mb+
Phillips/TT router - wireless - makes no difference if wired or wireless.
TT had a new NTE5 face plate fitted for mr last year, the one with an ADSL socket incorporated.
I strongly believe this is an outside problem but TT are unable to put the pressure on BTOpenreach to get the problem fixed.

That's not the impression I got last year (2008) when Openreach called at my house, I would call it arrogance and a complete disinterest in any problems I had, he wouldn't even listen to the phone, obviously the culture change and re-training is NOT working.

Here we go again as predicted, as soon as the weather warms up I get bb dropouts like this after receiving a phone call, at 14:00,
the router would not sync so I rebooted.

Saturday 02/05/09 started of with a good 3meg+
by dinner time things start to go down hill.

Sunday - busy with other interest.

Saturday 04/05/09 - 3meg+ all day, cold and wet, do I need ant more proof that it is effected by the weather.

This goes on and on - 20/06/09

21/06/09 - BB connected at 08:00 - 08:45 no connection and will not connect unless I have a phone plugged in and off the hook.

Monday 22/06/09 - 13:30 after another bad morning I then get a good connection.

Still no change..............................
